When ChatGPT became broadly available in late 2022, two things became clear at once: AI was no longer science fiction, and the European Mittelstand had a problem. The exciting AI capabilities came from US cloud providers — and every data point that left a European company was exposed to the CLOUD Act, regardless of where in the world the data center sat.
We saw what the Mittelstand was actually being offered: generic SaaS tools with AI sprinkled on top, or expensive consulting workshops without any real implementation. Both miss the point. What companies actually need is custom AI that runs on their own data, in their own infrastructure, with their own vocabulary and processes.
AI Perfect Solutions was founded to close exactly this gap. We're not a SaaS company. We're not pure consultants. We're a KI-Manufaktur — we build the AI applications our customers actually need, train the models on their data, integrate everything natively into their existing systems, and host it in Europe or on-premise. With over a decade of tech experience between us, we know what's hype, what's real, and what works.

Tech & AI architecture
Andre brings many years of experience from Siemens, where he managed multi-million projects with high complexity. In parallel, he independently implemented numerous web projects — from idea to technical execution — and founded the KI-Circle Vienna. Early on, he programmed his own AI agents and was convinced: AI is not science fiction — it is a tool. Building a complete app in less than a week? For him, that's reality. Because for every challenge he asks just one question: How can we solve this faster and better with AI?
Born in South Tyrol, now at home in Vienna with his girlfriend and dog Nala. Formula 1 fan with a tendency for precision — even in code.
Lily
Marketing & business strategy
Digital before it was cool — and fascinated by AI when others were still shaking their heads. Lily brings over ten years of experience in the digital field. She thinks strategically, implements creatively, and understands the needs of European companies — because many in her network operate exactly there. Sustainability is not an extra for her, but part of her attitude. That's why she always thinks one step further with AI: How can it be not only efficient but also responsible?
She studied in Vienna, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Beijing — and still travels passionately. Her home base is Vienna, with many trips to her horse in Lower Austria.
Our vision
What we want to see in 2027
European companies use AI as sovereignly and confidently as they use their accounting software today. Data stays where it belongs. Models are trained on the real-world vocabulary of the companies that use them. Innovation and data sovereignty go hand in hand — not as a compromise, but as a standard.
